HAWAIIAN KA HUNA BODYWORK AND HEARTWORKS LOMI LOMI MASSAGE
I predominantly use techniques of Hawaiian KaHuna Bodywork (aka KaHuna Massage) and Heartworks Lomi Lomi both of which incorporates flowing massage strokes, breath and energy work.
DIPLOMA OF REMEDIAL MASSAGE
I have also completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage and integrate a variety of techniques into my sessions in order to meet your individual needs.
SOMATIC EXPERIENCING - TRAUMA WORK
My work is infused with elements of Somatic Experiencing (Trauma healing). Somatic Experiencing is a very gentle approach, which assists in nervous system regulation and in renegotiating blockages that are stored in the body. Somatic Experiencing sessions can be also booked separately in person or online. Another special and very beautiful combination I offer, is to start off the session with Somatic Experiencing and then to transition smoothly into the massage. This can bring very profound results and relaxation. Ask me for more details.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
I welcome all pregnant women at MANA Body therapies from my heart for an amazing relaxing time for both yourself and your little one.

Highly recommend – a safe experience of healing body and heart. I now go regularly to Daniella. She is an amazing masseuse and offers many modalities including, lomi lomi which is very nurturing whilst being therapudic . With me she has been doing somatic experiencing in my massage sessions as requested. I was curious about this and in need of emotional healing along with therapudic and nurturing massage. Daniella has created a safe nurturing space and I instantly felt at ease to go deep in my healing journey with her through somatic experiencing. I had some body trauma memories from my miscarriage which I no longer have after a session with Daniella. Her communication is excellent, her space is clean and smells great! You even get a few yummy nuts after your session. She is a kind soul and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
